This privacy policy applies to the mobile game "د بورډ لوبې" (Vertex Trap, Alquerque, Wolf & Goats, Nine Men's Morris, Fanorona, Konane, Tafl and other board games) developed by Esmatullah Sangary (email: esmatullahsangary@gmail.com). 🔍 Information Collection & Use
We do not require you to create an account. However, to provide core functionality (offline/online multiplayer, game saving) and serve advertisements, certain data may be collected automatically or with your consent.
🟢 Data you provide implicitly
- Game state & progress – Saved locally on your device (game history, board positions, preferences). This remains on your device and is never sent to our servers unless you share it.
- Network permissions – For Bluetooth / Wi-Fi Direct multiplayer, your device discovers nearby peers only with your explicit action. No persistent identifiers are shared externally beyond direct device-to-device communication.
📱 Automatically collected data (via Google AdMob & third-party libraries)
Our app uses Google AdMob (advertising SDK) to display ads. AdMob may collect the following information to provide and improve advertising, personalize ads (based on your consent), and prevent fraud:

Important: Our app may also request runtime permissions (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Nearby devices) strictly for multiplayer features. Those permissions are never used for ad profiling. AdMob's data collection is governed by Google's Google Privacy Policy. You can reset your Android Advertising ID or opt out of interest-based ads at any time via your device settings (Google Settings → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization).
🧩 Local Storage & Permissions
We respect your data. Any information stored locally (saved games, preferences) is not transmitted to external servers. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information.
- Bluetooth / Wi-Fi Direct: Used exclusively for peer-to-peer multiplayer. No Bluetooth data is sent to us or any third-party servers.
- Internet permission: Required for loading ads (AdMob) only. No background data harvesting.
- Access to Wi-Fi state: Used to check network availability for Wi-Fi Direct pairing – no SSID or BSSID collection by us.
If you deny any optional permissions, the app will continue to work in single-player mode and other features that don't require those permissions.
👶 Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in some regions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, contact us immediately. We will take steps to delete such information. AdMob may serve non-personalized ads for children-directed content if the app targets general audience. However, we recommend parents supervise app usage.
🌍 Regional Compliance (GDPR / CCPA / Other)
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK, we rely on legitimate interest for essential operation, but for personalized ads, we request consent via Google's UMP SDK (User Messaging Platform). You can manage your ad choices at any time via the "Consent management" option in the app. For California residents (CCPA), we do not sell your personal information; you have the right to request disclosure of categories of personal data collected, and to request deletion. Please email us to exercise rights.
Any third-party analytics or crash reporting (if integrated in future) will comply with same data minimization principles.
📧 Data Retention & Security
Device-side data (game saves) persists until you uninstall the app or manually clear app data. AdMob identifiers are retained according to Google's policies. We use reasonable technical measures (encryption in transit for network communications, secure storage APIs) to protect your data, but no transmission over the Internet or Bluetooth is 100% secure.
If you want to request deletion of any data that might be stored by us (none besides what AdMob collects), please contact us and we will assist.

🔒 Summary of AdMob Data Collection (Device ID, IP, etc.)
As described above, Google AdMob collects:
- Device ID / Advertising ID (AAID) – unique identifier for ad personalization and analytics.
- IP address – used for geo-location approximation, ad delivery, and security.
- Device info (make, model, OS version, screen size, battery, memory, etc.) – to optimize ad rendering.
- Network connection type (Wi-Fi/Cellular), carrier, and language.
- Interaction data (clicks, views, taps) – to measure campaign performance.
We, the app developer, do NOT directly access, store, or process your IP address or Device ID. All such data handling is performed by Google's AdMob SDK in accordance with Google's privacy policies. By using this app, you acknowledge and agree to Google's data collection practices as described in Google's Advertising Technologies.
You can limit ad tracking: On Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization. This will prevent Google from using your Advertising ID for personalized ads, but you will still see contextual (non-personalized) ads.
⚖️ Legal Basis (for EEA users)
Processing of personal data via AdMob is based on your consent (via pop-up consent dialog). For mandatory app functions (game logic, local saves) there is no processing of personal data. You may withdraw consent at any time by uninstalling the app or resetting ad identifiers. The app does not perform any cross-device tracking beyond what AdMob explicitly allows.
